The property is located in a safe and quiet residential area, yet only a couple of minutes walking distance to the beach "Playa Popy", downtown Las Terrenas, shops, beach bars, restaurants and clubs.

We offer 3 independent rooms, with private access, and private bathroom with hot shower.

Very comfortable king size bed, ceiling fan, mosquito net, air-conditioning (not the Bohio room) and a private patio facing a lush tropical garden.

The third room we called Bohio (typical round tatch roof hut of the local indios "The Taino")
It has no physical walls, just mosquito screens as for walls (mosquito free room if doors are kept closed) and heavy curtains for your privacy.

It's like a luxury camping (Glamping) with comfortable king size bed, ceiling and floor fans, mosquito net, a lounge coffee table a large bean bag and a safety box. The bathroom is outdoor and the hot shower is located below a palm tree.

The property futures a lush tropical garden, a natural Organic swimming pool and a fish pond with waterfall.

There is also a self-service Coffee corner with a fridge/freezer, electric kettle, cups and flatware.

Free Wi-Fi, (Optical fiber 40MB/s Download 20 MB/S Upload) free secured parking and available gourmet breakfast served at your room for 10 USD per person ( 600 Dominican Pesos).
