You mark the area where you feel discomfort on a body map, tell us what caused it and rate the pain from 0 to 10. From that, PhysioAI assigns a phased program: how many sessions per week, how long each one runs, and which exercises come up today, with step-by-step instructions.
You log how it felt at the end of every set, and that log drives the load: if pain climbs, the routine eases off; if it drops, you move up.
210 exercises and 55 routines across eleven body regions: neck, lower back, shoulder, upper arm, elbow, forearm, wrist, hip, knee, tibia and ankle.
No. You can complete the assessment and train in guest mode. An account keeps your program and history across sessions and devices; without one, that information is lost when you close or uninstall the app.
Stop the exercise. Log the pain you felt at the end of the set: the plan reduces load when pain goes up. If the pain is severe, does not ease with rest, or comes with fever, swelling or loss of strength, stop training and check with a healthcare professional.
Most exercises need nothing at all. Some use a resistance band, a chair, a wall, a mat or a cane.
