You can delete your account and all your data at any time, without giving a reason.
Open PhysioAI and go to the Profile tab.
Tap Delete account.
Enter your password to confirm it is you.
Deletion runs immediately.
If you have already uninstalled the app, write to alvrmjs.dev@gmail.com from the address you registered with and we will delete it for you, within 30 days.
Your email address, your name and your password
Your user identifier
Your initial assessment data: body area, cause of the injury, mobility and frequency
Your assigned program
Your entire session history, including the pain you logged
Nothing stays associated with your account. Our infrastructure provider's backups may retain the data for up to 30 further days before being overwritten. Usage data collected by Google Analytics for Firebase is no longer associated with your account and remains in the service until its retention period expires; you can ask us by email to request its earlier deletion.
Deletion is permanent: we cannot restore your history afterwards.
