Alyza, Claire, Leigh, and Jungha celebrated the final moments of their time in the lab with Professor and fellow PoF alumni. 

They were integral part of the community and with their presence made the journey something more than just an academic pursuit. The lab will cherish its special memories shared with them for a long time. 

Alyza and Claire will find their way in the industry, Leigh will join ASP Songdo and Jungha will continue his PhD studies in PoF. May their future journeys be joyful and meaningful!

PoF held its first homecoming event while also celebrating the end of Alyza, Claire and Leigh's journey in the lab. The event was made meaningful by the participation of many alumni, including Seungil, Suyeon, Jaewon, Junseop, Hyunseung, Daeryeon, and Jinkyu. 

It is said that some people made it to their 3rd round that night...

PoF was in Jeju for three days and two nights for the 2026 KSME Reliability Division 20th Anniversary Conference. We presented and enjoyed the sunny weather in Jeju.

Both Junseop and Jaewon celebrate their 2 years long cherished times in PoF along with current members and alumni. 

Junseop and Jaewon were foundational members who set the tones of the lab with their rigorous and supportive work ethics. Their friendship and partnership will be dearly missed.

They will be joining Corning and KAERI as an engineer and post-master researcher respectively. May their future journeys be cheerful and meaningful!

Along with PoF's 3rd lab seminar this year, PoF has held its farewell party for Jinkyu Lee, who have been a long time undergrduate intern in the lab. 

In his time here for 12 months, Jinkyu has not only published a paper but he has also been a pivotal part of the PoF community. Jinkyu's presence in the lab and in the tennis court will be dearly missed. 

Jinkyu will be joining the Republic of Korea Air Force for his military service. May his military service be safe and meaningful!
