Physics-of-Failure (PoF) Lab is a reliability engineering laboratory located at SUNY Korea, Incheon. Physics-of-Failure is a scientific discipline that determines the root causes of failure. Hence, PoF lab leverages physical simulations and experiment data to develop models that can help design and analyze mechanical and electrical reliability of electronic components and packagings. 

Our current research topics include Artificial Intelligence based Prognostics & Health Management, Design-for-Reliability (DfR), Physics-of-Failure based Reliability and Board/System Level Reliability.
