Poster presentations will be set up in the main atrium of the Physics and Astronomy Building , where judges and other attendees may freely browse, discuss, and ask questions to presenters. 

Students will present their work as a 12 minute talk, with additional time allocated for questions. Rooms and details on submission of presentation slides will be announced closer to date. 

Unless otherwise requested, all presentations are judged for awards and given feedback. Poster and oral presentations are each separately considered for first and second prizes, with monetary cash value.
