PhUnC 2026

 Welcome!

PhUnC is the flagship undergraduate physics and astrophysics conference organized annually by the Physics and Astronomy Students’ Association (PASA) at Western University. Throughout the day, delegates participate in poster presentations, oral presentations, a keynote talk, research panels, and more. 

This conference is an excellent opportunity for undergraduate students to present their work on a summer research project, honours thesis, or any physics topic of interest, including interdisciplinary physics research.

 To reduce financial barriers, PhUnC does not charge a conference registration fee and is supported through the generosity of sponsors. Attendees are expected to book and cover their own travel, accomodation, and poster costs. Lunch will be catered on both days. Please request funding from your university department, lab group, or other appropriate contact.
