Get Involved with ANE
We'll invite new members and potential supporters to become an integral part of the ANE community. Provide information on how to join, volunteer, or donate to help further our mission and reach upcoming milestones together.
1. Increase traffic to ANE's website, YouTube, Facebook, and LinkedIn channels.
2. Encourage member engagement through live streaming and interaction.
3. Gather participant information and showcase branch representation during the event.
Abstract: Through this master plan, Act Now Education can attract more visitors to their online presence, foster engagement among event participants, showcase various military branches during the event, and promote cross-platform traffic.
1. Users visit the Act Now Education website and fill out an online registration form.
2. The form requests information such as name, military branch, status (Active duty, veteran, spouse, dependent, or civilian).
3. Act Now Education stores the submitted data and sends participants an email with a QR code as their e-ticket.
Equipment:
1. Backdrop with "Act Now Education" prominently displayed.
2. QR code scanner for check-in kiosk.
3. Live streaming camera setup (smartphones can be used) and tripod.
4. Table for the kiosk and live streaming setup.
5. Prepare LinkedIn and YouTube live streaming.
1. Participants arrive and use their QR code for check-in at the kiosk.
2. Upon scanning, participant information appears on the YouTube live stream and is read out loud by Text-to-Speech (TTS).
3. Act Now Education ensures QR codes can only be used once for check-in.
4. Attendees have an opportunity to interact with Jai, shake hands, and engage in a brief conversation, all while being featured on the live stream.
1. Generate a live column chart for post-event analysis, comparing which military branches were most represented at the event.
2. Archive past events and statistics on YouTube and other platforms so families and the community can engage with the content by leaving comments and sharing their moments.
3. Drive traffic to Act Now Education's website and social media platforms through continued promotion of both present and past event statistics.

To create a barcode for multiple veterans that triggers a live display of name and tittle on YouTube, along with text-to-speech (TTS) reading, you will need to follow these steps:
Generate Unique Barcodes: Choose a barcode format like QR code. Use an online QR code generator such as QRCode Monkey or QR Code Generator to create a unique QR code for each student with their relevant information (e.g., name and award).
Database: Set up a database to store the students' information, including their names, awards, and a unique identifier that corresponds with their QR code.
Mobile App or Web App: Develop a mobile app or web app that can read the QR codes. Upon scanning a student's QR code, the application should fetch the corresponding student's information from the database.
Broadcast Integration: Integrate your app with YouTube's API (using Google APIs Client Library) to display the scanned student's name and award on the live feed. Utilize YouTube's API References and Developer Guides to execute this step.
Text-to-Speech: Implement a TTS engine such as Google Text-to-Speech or Amazon Polly into your app. After the QR code is scanned, the TTS engine should read the name and award out loud. Most TTS APIs offer straightforward integration with minimal code.
Testing and Troubleshooting: Test the whole process repeatedly to ensure the app scans the QR codes, fetches the correct information, displays it on the YouTube live feed, and reads the names and awards using TTS as expected.
Event Preparation: Set up a QR code scanning station near the entrance of the commemoration event, along with clear instructions on how to use the app and scan the QR codes.
By following these steps, you will create an interactive experience for your commemoration event that seamlessly displays students' names and awards on your YouTube live feed while providing real-time audio announcements.
