One of the nation's top programs for civic engagement and leadership is JROTC. This course is for high school students and is based on military principles. JROTC promotes citizenship, leadership, and training in physical fitness and health. Additionally, students are given helpful guidance on how to enhance their academic performance, which has a good effect on all other classes. The majority of JROTC participants have seen academic success both during their time in the program and after they graduate from high school. A large number of JROTC students succeed despite the program's demands because they strive to overcome obstacles, which is motivated by the program's core ideals. 

From the freshman year to the senior year, JROTC works to ensure that each cadet graduates high school. When they graduate from Paramount High School, cadets have a wide range of alternatives, including going to college, enlisting in the military, or enrolling in a service academy. Prospective cadets can be confident that by joining JROTC, they are making the right decision for their future.
