Children's Health-TCHATT (Online Counseling)

Pottsboro High School is proud to partner with Children’s Health to provide convenient access to expert behavioral health care, virtually. With your permission, your child can receive up to four virtual therapy sessions with licensed behavioral health providers from school or home using a mobile device.  You can join their session from work or home, too. It’s a convenient option for expert behavioral health care.

• Adjustment disorders • Anxiety • Attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) • Behavioral difficulties • Bereavement • Bullying • Coping skills • Decision-making • Depression • Expression of feelings • Frustration tolerance • Healthy relationships • Improved social skills • Sleep problems • Social skills

In addition to therapy sessions, Children’s Health can also provide community resources, psychoeducation, and a virtual consultation with a licensed psychiatrist when clinically necessary. 


How does it work? 

• Speak with your school counselor if you have behavioral health concerns for your child, and they can provide resources to get you connected with TCHATT.

• A TCHATT licensed behavioral health provider will reach out to you and complete a telephonic assessment to determine appropriate next steps.

• Next steps may include short term virtual counseling with our clinician, psychiatric consultation, connection to community resources, supportive case management.


How much does it cost? 

• All services, telephonic and virtual, provided at no cost.
