1. Introduction

Welcome to ShyasarDoc. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the ShyasarDoc mobile application ("the App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the App.

2. Description of Service

ShyasarDoc provides tools for scanning documents, merging ID cards, and generating passport-sized photos using on-device processing and Artificial Intelligence (Google ML Kit). The App allows you to process these images and export them as PDFs or image files.

3. User Responsibilities

By using the App, you agree that:

You will use the App strictly for lawful purposes.

You have the legal right to scan, modify, and process the documents, identification cards, and photographs you input into the App.

You will not use the App to forge, falsify, or tamper with official identification documents for illicit or fraudulent purposes.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that any merged or generated documents comply with the requirements of the institutions or authorities to which you submit them.

4. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

a. Accuracy and Acceptance: While ShyasarDoc uses AI and image processing to generate passport photos and merged ID documents, we do not guarantee that the output will meet the specific, stringent requirements of any official government body, embassy, or institution. It is your responsibility to verify the acceptance of the generated documents. b. "As Is" Basis: The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, express or implied. c. Data Loss: All data processing and document storage occur locally on your device. We are not responsible for any loss of documents, photos, or data resulting from device failure, app deletion, or user error. d. Liability Limitation: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, neither the developers of ShyasarDoc nor any affiliated parties shall be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the App.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the App—including but not limited to the underlying code, design, text, graphics, and logos—are owned by the developers of ShyasarDoc and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

6. Third-Party Services and Advertisements

The App includes third-party software and SDKs (including but not limited to Google AdMob, Meta Audience Network, and AppLovin) to display advertisements.

You acknowledge that these third parties may collect anonymous data to serve personalized ads based on your device information and interactions.

Your use of these third-party services is governed by their respective Terms of Service and Privacy Policies.

7. Modifications to the App and Terms

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App (or any part or feature thereof) at any time without prior notice. We may also revise these Terms and Conditions periodically. Your continued use of the App following the posting of an updated version of these Terms constitutes accepted of those changes.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the developer operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
