Important Notice: Our App processes all your documents, images, and ID cards locally on your device. We do not upload, store, or share your sensitive documents, photos, or generated files to our servers.

2. Information We Do Not Collect

We want to be completely transparent about what we do NOT collect:

We do not collect or store any photos or documents you scan, merge, or generate using the App on any remote servers.

We do not collect any personally identifiable information (PII) such as your name, email address, or phone number.

We do not require you to create an account to use the App.

3. Information Collected by Third-Party Services

While we do not collect your personal data directly, the App uses third-party services that may collect information used to identify you, primarily for the purpose of serving advertisements.

Third-Party Services Used:

Google AdMob: We use Google AdMob to serve ads. Google may use advertising IDs (such as the Android Advertising ID or Apple Identifier for Advertisers) and cookies to serve ads based on your prior use of the App or other apps.

Meta Audience Network: We may use Meta (Facebook) to deliver ads. Meta may collect data regarding your interaction with ads within the App.

AppLovin: We may use AppLovin for ad mediation and serving.

These third-party ad networks may collect anonymous information such as:

Device Information (e.g., device model, operating system version).

IP Address.

Mobile Advertising IDs (Apple IDFA or Google AAID).

In-app interaction data (e.g., clicks on ads, view counts).

4. App Permissions Required & Why We Need Them

To provide its core functionality, the App requires certain permissions on your device. We only request permissions that are absolutely necessary for the App to work properly:

Camera: Required to scan documents and take photos for passport generation or ID card merging. The images captured are processed strictly locally.

Storage / Photo Library: Required to read existing photos you select from your gallery and to save the final generated documents (PDFs or images) back to your device storage.

Internet / Network Access: Required exclusively to fetch and display third-party advertisements.

5. Machine Learning and AI Tools

Our App uses on-device artificial intelligence, specifically Google ML Kit, for features such as facial detection and background segmentation (e.g., removing backgrounds for passport photos).

Local Processing: All Machine Learning processing happens directly on your device. No images or facial data are sent to the cloud for AI analysis.

6. Data Security

Since all document processing and storage happen locally on your device (using local databases for recent files apps), the security of your documents relies on the security of your physical device. We recommend keeping your device protected with a secure passcode, fingerprint, or face recognition.

7. Children's Privacy

Our App does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. Given the nature of our App, no personal data is collected directly by us from any user.

8. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time as we add new features or comply with new regulations. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by updating the "Effective Date" at the top of this Privacy Policy.
