Use and responsibility
Use Photo Locker only for media you are entitled to store. Keep your device protected and keep your PIN, recovery key and encrypted backup private. Do not use the app for unlawful activity or to violate the rights of others. You retain ownership of your media; using the app does not transfer that ownership to NEXTAPPS.TECH.
Your data and recovery
Import preserves originals. Exported copies are outside vault protection. Uninstalling removes the local vault, and lost PIN/recovery credentials may make files unrecoverable. We cannot retrieve your encryption keys or guarantee recovery. Maintain an external encrypted backup and its recovery key. The app cannot protect an unlocked session or a compromised device.
Optional yearly premium
The planned yearly plan has a US base price of USD 15 for one year. Purchases are unavailable until the Google Play product and verification service are configured and validated. When available, the Google Play purchase screen displays the actual local price, taxes and billing terms. Only a yearly plan is offered. Verified premium provides an ad-free experience; essential import, export and recovery remain free. Do not subscribe unless the advertised benefits are available in your release.
Renewal, cancellation and refunds
An auto-renewing yearly subscription renews each year until canceled through Google Play. Cancellation ordinarily retains verified access until the paid period ends; refunds or revocations may end entitlement earlier. Manage cancellation in Google Play subscriptions. Refunds are handled under applicable Google Play rules and your statutory rights. Removing the app does not cancel a subscription.
Availability and changes
Features may change with updates. This engineering build is not a completed production release, and unverified features must not be relied on for irreplaceable media. We do not promise uninterrupted operation or that compromised devices remain secure. Mandatory consumer protections and other applicable legal rights are not excluded.

See the Privacy Policy on this site for local storage, SDKs, permissions and support-message handling. Contact contact@nextapps.tech for help. Never email PINs, recovery keys or private vault content. Terms may be updated when features change, with a revised effective date.
