The session was really insightful as I learnt more about the nursing career in general and what being a nurse really means. Besides learning about the nursing career, the speaker also shared about her experience as a nurse working in the Operation Theatre (OT) and I found it really interesting because I never knew that nurses played such an important role in the OT and they did much more than assisting the doctors during the surgery. Although nursing is not something I may be really interested in, attending this talk allowed me to understand the healthcare system better and how nurses do their job. 

The session was really interesting because I never knew that within the healthcare system there was a legal team involved. Throughout this session I also learnt more about what the legal team at the National Universal Health System (NUSH) does. The speaker also explained what he does in his everyday life as a lawyer working at NUSH, he also shared about how he is more of a generalist than a specalist which would imply that he is informed of more than 1 law rather than specalising in just one to say.  Overall, I would say I learnt a lot more about those who work in the legal system and understood more about what their job scope consists of.
