What is Pho?

Pho (f-uh) is a traditional Vietnamese noodle soup dish that has a rich and savory bone broth flavor. Pho 5 takes pride in their pho; the best ingredients are used and the broth is slowly simmered and marinated for long periods of time to get the most flavor. The soup is ladled over thin, flat rice noodles that is then topped with various kinds of meats and garnished with (green and white) onions and cilantro. Beansprouts, basil, jalapeños, and limes are served along side. Pho can be eaten at any time of day - don't forget the Hoisin sauce and Sriracha!
