Where are you located? In Castle Pines, Colorado. We are near Duke's Steakhouse and the dry cleaners!
Do you have vegetarian options? Yes we do! Our standard vegetarian pho comes with a vegetarian broth. We also have vegetarian springrolls, eggrolls, noodle bowls, rice plates, lo mein, pad Thai, and fried rice.
What is the difference between Vietnamese eggrolls and normal eggrolls? Vietnamese eggrolls have a rice paper skin whereas normal eggrolls have the standard brown skin.
What is the difference between eggrolls and springrolls? Eggrolls are fried and has a pork or vegetarian filling. Springrolls are fresh and uses a rice paper skin, it is filled with your choice of protein, vermicelli noodles, and some lettuce.
What is the difference between normal and grilled springrolls? The normal springrolls uses fresh protien and the protein inside of the grilled springrolls are grilled. The normal one is usually served with peanut sauce and the grilled springrolls are normally served with fish sauce, but can be switched upon request.
What is the difference between Pud Noodle and Chow fun? Both are essentially the same but the Pud Noodle is spicy and the Chow Fun is not. Both use a wide, soft rice noodle and is stir fried in an oyster and soy-sauce mix, very similar to drunken noodles.
Is fish-sauce made from fish? No, it is not! The Vietnamese uses it to eat fish because it brings out flavor, which is why it's called fish-sauce. It can be served with our noodle bowls, rice plates, eggrolls, and grilled spring rolls.
Do you have Banh Mi? Unfortunately we do not.
Do you deliver? Our restaurant uses DoorDash as a delivery service!
