For nearly 100 years, the Phi Phi Chapter of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc. has been a powerful force for positive change in Richmond, Virginia, and across the nation. Founded in 1927 by five visionary graduates of Virginia Union University, our legacy is built on a deep, essential commitment to service, leadership, and uplifting our communities. Phi Phi is a graduate chapter and serves as the advisor to Zeta Chapter, the undergraduate chapter at Virginia Union University.

We actively partner with charitable organizations in the Richmond area, at all levels, to create meaningful impact and promote the advancement of education, civic engagement and social action.

It is with profound respect and enthusiasm to welcome you to the official home of the Phi Phi Chapter of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc., located in the historic city of Richmond, Virginia.

In alignment with the Fraternity's four Cardinal Principles: Manhood, Scholarship, Perseverance, and Uplift, we actively support and sponsor a diverse range of service, educational, and humanitarian initiatives designed to build stronger communities and champion positive social change.

DERICK VANCE, PG'86

Brother Derek Vance (Pi Gamma '86) offers a blueprint for revitalizing Black Greek life. He calls for continuous, proactive service and being a political force. Vance stresses bridging the generational gap through fierce mentorship and encourages a return to the core principle of Friendship and the "personal touch" to ensure a strong, connected future.
