When making payments, members are NOT required to provide an additional donation to Zeffy.
Select Other, then Contribution = 0 to prevent fees.
Contributions to Zeffy are non-refundable.
Open enrollment: Oct 1 and Dec 31. Dues increase $11 after Dec 31.

To enroll in the monthly payment option, one year of annual dues (Non-life $370 / Life $245) must be paid first. Concurrently, your monthly payment ($31 / 21) will be withdrawn to cover the following year.
For example, for a non-life member:
Year 1 = ($370 x 1 time) + ($31 x 12 months) = $742
Year 2 = ($31 x 12 months) = $372
Year 3 = ($31 x 12 months) = $372
