Howdy, y'all!

Here are some important and recurring forms. These are also crossposted in the #forms channel of the Slack.

The Contact Form is for basic contact information so we can update our member database.

The Chapter Absence Form is for a singular chapter absence, tardy, or early departure.

The Standing Absence Form is for those who have a consistent standing conflict with chapter meeting times.

The Change of Member Status Form is for brothers who are going 1) Professional, 2) Alumnus, 3) Active (reactivating from another chapter), or 4) Expelled.

The Letters to Exec Box is where you can submit feedback to your executive council! Additionally, we may put up a prompt during a chapter meeting, and this is where you can submit your answers to those prompts.
