General Information


We would like to introduce you all to the first PhiMC! PhiMC (or Phi Math Contest) is a 25 question math contest, that will be taken online on Google Forms (with the help of Quilgo). This contest will be available on Contest Timing: March 5th(12:01 AM PST) and March 7th (11:59 pm PST). The questions are written answers(no multiple choice).


This math contest will allow middle-school and elementary students to gain experience with math contests. The cost of this contest is FREE. In order to participate in both the team and the individual rounds, Here is the Google Classroom!

All results of the first Phi-MC contest will be announced on March 7th at 5 pm CST through ThePuzzlr YouTube Channel along with tons of Giveaways including multiple Amazon Gift Cards for live participants! Who is this aimed at, and what level is this contest?

This contest will go from Early AMC 8 to Mid AMC 10!


When is the contest?

The contest will be available on the Google Classroom on the Morning of March 5th, and it will stop being available on March 7th 12:00 CDT. We will then send those who qualified for tiebreakers(if we need them) the problems for that test!


What are the rounds?

Individual Round: 25 questions in 45 minutes

Team Round(Maximum of 3 people): 10 questions in 20 minutes

Tiebreaker(If you qualify): 5 questions in 20 minutes


Who can participate?

Anyone who is in 4th to 8th grade, but you can be a high schooler or international participant but you will not be eligible for prizes.


How do I sign-up?

You are auto signed up for the Individual Round by joining Google Classroom! There will be a form to sign up for the Team Round there!
