I interned as a Design and Photography intern at the NEW Zoo during my fall 2019 semester. My primary responsibilities were taking photos of the animals and creating engaging social media posts. In addition, I designed infographic posters about albinism and wolf communication for zoo displays. I also worked at zoo events; interacting with guests, answering questions, and taking photos of guests enjoying the zoo (with guests' permission). Because animals have always been one of my passions, I really enjoyed my time at the NEW Zoo. During my internship, I was able to apply my social media, photography, and design skills.
