All rentals are for up to 24 hours. Pickup is typically available the evening before or the morning of your event.
Delivery, setup, and takedown are available for an additional fee.
Minimum order for delivery: $150
Pickup orders must be picked up and returned at our location at Columbus Blvd and Christian St in Philadelphia.
Customers are responsible for loading, transport, setup, and takedown. Please make sure your vehicle can fit the equipment.
All items must be returned by the agreed-upon time the following day and in clean condition.
Delivery includes drop-off and next-day pickup only.
Setup and takedown are not included unless requested in advance and added to your quote.

We take pride in providing clean, well-maintained equipment for every rental. To ensure fairness and protect our inventory:
Missing or broken items will be charged at full replacement cost.
Damaged equipment may result in repair or replacement fees.
Excessively dirty items (mud, food, wax, etc.) may incur a cleaning charge.
Please do not stand on chairs or use tents in extreme weather without proper weights or tie-downs.
All items must be returned in the condition they were received.
If anything is damaged or lost during your rental, please let us know right away.
