All rentals are for up to 24 hours. Pickup is usually available the evening before or morning of your event. Returns are expected by the agreed-upon time the following day.
We’re based near Columbus Blvd and Christian St in South Philadelphia. Pickup orders must be picked up and returned at that location.
Yes, we deliver throughout Philadelphia and surrounding areas. Delivery includes drop-off and next-day pickup. Setup and takedown are available for an additional fee.
There is a $150 minimum order for delivery. Delivery fees are based on distance from our location.
Yes. For smaller events or to save on delivery, you’re welcome to pick up your rental items. Just make sure your vehicle can safely fit what you're renting.
A typical SUV can fit up to 30 folding chairs and 1–2 tables. Larger tents and 8 ft tables may require a van, pickup truck, or cargo vehicle. Let us know what you're renting and we can advise.
Setup and takedown is available by request for an added fee. Otherwise, we provide drop-off only and you’ll be responsible for setup and teardown.
Our tents are water-resistant and designed for outdoor use. However, we do recommend securing tents properly and avoiding use in extreme weather. Setup in high winds or lightning is not advised.
Missing or broken items will be charged at full replacement cost. Excessively dirty items may incur a cleaning fee. Please return everything in the condition it was received.
We don’t always require a deposit, but some larger orders or deliveries may require one to confirm your booking. We’ll let you know during the quote process.
