Philly Connect is committed to protecting children and preventing child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) on our platform. These standards describe our policies and procedures to detect, prevent, and respond to CSAE and child sexual abuse material (CSAM). They apply to all users globally.
These standards supplement our Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, Privacy Policy, and Law Enforcement Guidelines.

1. Zero‑Tolerance Policy for CSAE
We prohibit any content, conduct, or activity that sexually exploits, abuses, grooms, or endangers children.
We prohibit the creation, possession, distribution, or solicitation of CSAM.
We prohibit attempts to sexualize minors, sextortion, trafficking, and any facilitation thereof.
We remove violative content and take appropriate action on accounts, including permanent bans and reports to relevant authorities.
2. Definitions
Child: Any person under the age of 18, regardless of local age of majority.
CSAE: Child sexual abuse and exploitation, including grooming, sextortion, trafficking, and related harms.
CSAM: Child sexual abuse material; any visual depiction of a minor engaged in sexually explicit conduct.
3. In‑App Reporting and User Feedback Mechanisms
Philly Connect provides in‑app mechanisms so users can report concerns without leaving the app:
Report Content or Profiles: Use the in‑app "Report" action on posts, messages, and profiles to flag suspected CSAE/CSAM.
Contact Support: Use the in‑app "Help & Support" section to email support at aistudiomark@gmail.com.
Emergency: If a child is in immediate danger, contact local law enforcement first.
We review reports promptly and prioritize child safety incidents.
4. Detection and Moderation
We combine user reports, automated detection signals, and human review to identify potential violations.
We enforce our Community Guidelines consistently and document actions taken.
We preserve evidence where legally required and cooperate with lawful requests.
5. Response to CSAM and CSAE
When we obtain actual knowledge or credible evidence of CSAM or CSAE on our services, we:
Remove CSAM immediately and disable sharing.
Disable or permanently ban offending accounts.
Where legally appropriate, report CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) or relevant authorities.
Restrict access to affected features during investigations.
Notify impacted users when safe and legally permissible.
6. Compliance with Laws and Standards
We comply with applicable child safety and reporting laws in jurisdictions where we operate.
Our approach is inspired by the Tech Coalition Child Safety Standards and industry best practices.
7. Age‑Appropriate Design and Protections
We prohibit sexual content involving minors.
We limit discovery and interaction features to reduce risks of harm.
We apply safety rules consistently regardless of whether an app is age‑gated or intended for adults; child safety protections still apply.
8. Data Handling and Privacy
We minimize collection of sensitive data and protect user information per our Privacy Policy.
We retain and disclose data consistent with legal obligations and our Law Enforcement Guidelines.
9. Appeals and Error Correction
Users can appeal moderation actions via the in‑app Help & Support channel.
We review appeals in a timely manner and correct mistakes when identified.
10. Enforcement Transparency
We track enforcement actions related to CSAE/CSAM and periodically assess policy efficacy.
11. Child Safety Point of Contact

This contact is prepared to discuss our prevention practices, moderation processes, and compliance posture.
12. How to Report Suspected CSAM
If you believe you have found CSAM on Philly Connect:
Use the in‑app Report flow, and select "Child Safety" as the reason.
If you cannot access the app, email aistudiomark@gmail.com and include links, usernames, and context. Do not download or redistribute suspected CSAM.
If someone is at risk of imminent harm, contact local law enforcement first.
13. Revisions
We may update these standards to address emerging risks, legal changes, or platform updates. Material changes will be dated and posted at the same URL.
