Introduction

You can request deletion of your account and associated data. This page applies to the Philly Connect app (Developer: Philly Connect / Ai Studio Mark).

How to request deletion

1) Send an email from the email address registered to your account.

2) Include:

• Full name

• Registered email address

• Firebase UID (if known)

• Statement: “Please delete my Philly Connect account and associated data.”

3) Send your request to: aistudiomark@gmail.comVerification

• Requests must come from the email linked to the account. If that’s not possible, we may ask for additional proof of identity.

What we delete

• Profile data (first name, last name, email, phone), username, profile photo

• In-app content and activity (e.g., posts/connects, comments, likes), where technically feasible

• Device/notification tokens and app preferences

What we may retain

• NDA records (signature image, NDA text snapshot URL, NDA text SHA-256 hash, timestamps, legal audit trail) retained for the NDA term (e.g., 3 years) and as required by law

• Security, fraud-prevention, and transactional logs where legally necessary

• Backups may retain data for up to 90 days before they roll off

Timeline

• Acknowledgement within 7 days

• Completion within 30 days (up to 60 days for complex requests)

Request partial deletion (optional)

• You may request deletion of specific content (e.g., particular posts or media) without deleting your entire account, subject to technical feasibility and legal obligations. Email details of the items you want removed.
