1. Manager-Programs: Leader of three large-scale Community Development Programs in World Vision India, with many cross-cutting themes, handling a combined budget of more than $ 500, 000 yearly with 15 direct reports for more than 6 years.
2. Program Manager: Program Management/Development and Communications and HIV Prevention with World Relief, managing four districts- Salem and Namakkal, Dharmapuri, and Krishnagiri in Tamil Nadu - training of church pastors as families with a large voluntary force.
B. Communications and Networking
With over 14 years of experience, demonstrated expertise in effectively managing communications and networking activities, mission mobilization, and establishing connections with media, mission, and church leaders. The extensive background includes working with renowned organizations such as The Leprosy Mission (Senior Communications Manager, TLM), the Christian Institute of Management (Associate Director, CIM), and the India Mission Association (Research and Communications Manager, IMA).
C. Training and Capacity Building:
Over the course of four years, actively engaged in teaching Christian Ministry, Missions, and Communications at a reputable seminary in Kerala affiliated with the Senate of Serampore and Asia Theological Association. Additionally, worked closely with university students as part of the UESI (associated with IFES), providing mentorship and guidance to youth, church pastors, and evangelists to enhance their skills in effective communication and ministry.

These projects required extensive travel and visits to hundreds of locations across various states, including Uttarakhand, West Bengal, Chhattisgarh, Madhya Pradesh, Odisha, Andhra Pradesh, and Tamil Nadu.
