Philipose  and Jessy were married in 1990, and they have three children: Joash (born 1992), Japhia (pronounced Jeffeeya, born 1995), and Jerusha (born 2002). 

Joash, trained in Visual Communication at the University of Madras, is a media producer and co-founder of a healthcare startup in Kochi, where he manages operations. He is married to Joslin, an HR Manager currently on maternity leave, and they have a new born daughter, Evanora (DOB: 12/09/2025).

Japhia, a Construction Management Engineer from Anna University, Chennai, is married to Benjamin, an Electronics Engineer from NIT Calicut. Together, they serve with a community healthcare and education NGO and have a baby girl, Judith (DOB: 17 May 2025).

Jerusha is pursuing her 4th year of B.Sc. Nursing at Christian Medical College, Vellore, and will begin her three-year mandatory service after graduation.
