With 30 years of experience in the holistic transformational sector, he has excelled in Program Management, Networking, Mission Mobilization, Training, Leadership improvement, and Communications.
He is a professional with extensive experience in Program Management and Development, Communications and Networking, and Training and Capacity Building. Since 2021, he has served continuously as a consultant editor for a funding network, managing 100–200 projects each year.
He has led three large-scale Community Development Programs at World Vision India, managing annual budgets over $500,000 and supervising a team of 15 for more than six years. At World Relief, he directed Programs, Communications, and HIV Prevention across four districts in Tamil Nadu, training church pastors and mobilizing volunteers.
He has held senior positions at The Leprosy Mission, the Christian Institute of Management, and the India Mission Association. He also taught Christian Ministry, Missions, and Communications at a seminary, mentoring youth, pastors, and evangelists to strengthen their skills in communication and ministry.
