I am a Deputy Division Chief in the Research Department of the International Monetary Fund.

My research focuses on social unrest, inflation, and fiscal policy.

I have previously worked in the Fund's Western Hemisphere, Fiscal Affairs, and Middle East & Central Asia Departments, covering Afghanistan, Iran, the United States, and Brazil.  

Prior to joining the Fund, I worked at the Bank of England.
