Phil believes that achieving ambitious outcomes for communities emerges from improved understanding which comes from improved collaboration, openness, and self-awareness. This practice is informed by a commitment to social equity, system-development, and a lengthy career in social and educational spaces.
Professionally, Phil has held director roles in Data Enablement, Global Initiatives, Engagement, Program Development, and Instructional Technology. As Project and initiative designer, he has proposed, planned, led, and evaluated expansive global, regional, and local projects to improve instruction, assessment, capacity, understanding, and effectiveness for a variety of partners.
With global projects and partners in Iraq, Afghanistan, Egypt, Libya, Lebanon, Kazakhstan, Cameroon, China, India, as well as local state/national partners, Phil is experienced and equipped to collaborate with and support diverse teams and leaders in the private, nonprofit, state, and global NGO sectors.
