***IF YOU WERE CLEARED FOR A FALL 2019 SPORT YOU DO NOT NEED TO SUBMIT NEW PAPERWORK, JUST COME IN DURING CLEARANCE PERIOD AND RECEIVE A NEW CLEARANCE CARD FOR THE FALL***
All clearance paperwork for the 2019-2020 school year will be posted on June 1, 2019. At that time you will be able to download/print the physical form to take to your physician.
Quick steps for parents/students using the online athletic clearance process.
- Make sure you register in the 2019-2020 (will go live on June 1, 2019) school year and find Patrick Henry HS in San Diego California.
- Download Physical Form: SDUSD Physical Packet 2019-20
ALL PHYSICALS MUST be AFTER June 1, 2019

Practices start November 18th
at the Allied Gardens Pool (6707 Glenroy St, San Diego, CA92120)
Monday-Friday , from 3:00-5:00pm
Athletes should be prepared for pool (googles, suit, sunscreen, towel, water) and land (tennis shoes, shorts/shirt, towel, water) workouts. Practices will be every day at that time.
Girls Water Polo uses a Shutterfly account called “PHHS Girls Water Polo” for coaches and parents to have a central place to communicate throughout the season and to post and share pictures and videos. The calendar for practices/matches/tournaments is on the Shutterfly page.
