Who Are We?
We are the Finneys (Abby, Ron and our three boys). In 2019 our oldest son William was diagnosed Phelan McDermid Syndrome (PMS) so we glow green around 10/22. Despite the challenges that come with PMS, we've been blessed by a supportive community and we are so thankful.
Why a Glow Ride
Why not? In 2022 we did a small impromptu glow ride to celebrate Phelan McDermid awareness day and the neighbor kids had a blast. The following year we had five times the amount of riders from year one! During this glow ride, not only do we get to celebrate with friends and family, but we also raise much needed funds for William. The glow bike is an exciting way that glow green around Phelan McDermid awareness day. All neighbors, friends & family, young and old, can participate in the glow. Although we are raising funds for William, it also is our way to have fun with a community that we cannot thank enough! We couldn’t be where we are without our village.
