Paper submission

Potential participants are invited to submit a short bio (about 150 words) and an extended abstract (up to 1.500 words) no later than October 10th 2022.

Extended deadline for submissions: October 23, 2022.

Abstracts should be in English and should include: (i) main objectives of research; (ii) research questions; (iii) methodology; (iv) key findings or expected results. Applicants will also be asked to indicate which one of the four research themes of the conference best encapsulates their contribution.

Following the closing of the event, conference proceedings will be published online.

Conference fee

The attendance fee for PhDays 2023 is 150 EUR. It includes admission to all scientific sessions, coffee breaks and lunches, as well as one gala dinner. The fee can be paid online, after notification of acceptance.

Participants from EU-SPRI member organisations have fee waivers covering the costs for the inscription and accommodation.

Notification of abstract acceptance will be sent by November 21st. The deadline for the online registration (and fee payment) for participants with an accepted abstract will be December 15th.

According to the established cancellation policy, no refund of payments will be issued.
