We've Been There Since Phase 1
Here at Phase1Tutors, we try our best to accommodate those that matter most--the students. We believe that the best way to learn is to be able to have a good teacher. This is why we have gathered a collection of talented individuals from some of the most elite high schools to pair off with our students! While we offer common core subjects such as Math and English, we also provide more specific courses such as coding and learning new languages (Spanish, Mandarin, English, etc). If you are hoping to be tutored in a subject that is not listed below, please contact us and we will try our best to accommodate your needs.

The SHSAT, also known as the Specialized High Schools Admissions Test, is a test offered to all New York City eighth graders. If you are one of these eighth graders looking for a way to prep for this test, we can help! We have tutors who are currently attending the number one specialized high school, Bronx Science. These tutors can help you get the highest score possible on the SHSAT and also give you personalized advice on what it's like to be in one of these nine specialized high schools.
