How much does each session cost?
At Phase1Tutors, we are proud to offer our services completely free of charge! Our goal is to bridge the gap in educational opportunities and make high-quality education accessible to all, regardless of financial constraints. What are the requirements to enroll?
Our only requirement is that students must be from fourth to tenth grade. If you or your child meets this requirement, we highly encourage you to enroll! If you or your child does not meet this requirement, please contact us and we will try our best to accommodate you.
How is this tutoring organization different from others?
At our organization, we are driven by a deep passion to narrow education gaps and provide essential support to underprivileged students. To ensure the best possible outcomes, we go the extra mile by offering parent-teacher conferences every few months. During these meetings, tutors and parents come together to discuss the student's progress, strengths, weaknesses, and the topics they have been working on. Our commitment to collaboration and personalized attention sets us apart, inspiring every student to thrive and succeed.
How am I assigned a tutor?
Upon receiving your enrollment, our dedicated board of directors will take your preferences into utmost consideration and match you with a tutor who will best fit you. We also offer the option to read through detailed descriptions of each member on our team. This way, you have the opportunity to handpick the tutor you believe will be the ideal fit for you. Simply indicate your preferred choice in the student application form, and we will try our best to accommodate your request.
Once you are paired with your tutor, they will introduce themself via email.Together, you will work out a schedule that suits your preferences and commitments. If you prefer phone calls, simply share your number with your tutor via email. From that point on, you can enjoy seamless communication through phone calls. Alternatively, if email correspondence better suits your needs, rest assured that your tutor will gladly continue interacting with you through this medium. Your satisfaction is extremely important to us, and we are here to ensure that your educational journey is filled with excitement, growth, and personalized support. If you want to change tutors, you may request a switch by contacting us.
What is the duration of each session?
While most sessions typically run for 30-40 minutes, we understand that every learner is different, and some may prefer a different time duration to optimize their learning process. If you have a specific time duration in mind that works better for you, don't hesitate to reach out to us. We are more than happy to accommodate your request and design sessions that align perfectly with your schedule and learning style.
