We've Been There Since Phase 1
Originally from China and now residing in California, I am an international student at the Webb School of California. Starting my study of economics at the age of 11, I am currently working on advanced econometrics and grad school mathematical economics. I have succeeded in the realms of economics competitions, winning the 6th place internationally on the final rounds of the 2021 National Economics Challenge, while I have also won consecutively two years of individual top scoring gold awards from 2022 to 2023 in the international economics olympiad china. Complementing the study, I have finished all offered high school calculus courses, and am working on an independent study of multivariable calculus and matrix algebra, looking to develop my field of expertise into topology. I love what I’m doing and I have tutored economics for our school’s AP students; I believe I am a more than qualified tutor for both economics and math. In my class, math and science aren’t going to be their stereotypical outlooks when I engage my students and devote passion into the subject.
