Theme: Evolution or Revolution
“Evolution or Revolution,” is inspired by inevitable change and its impacts on our profession. Are we entering an age of pharmaceutical care evolution, revolution, or both? How can pharmacists balance the evolution of established practices with the need to challenge prescriptive changes in order to enhance patient outcomes and promote innovative care?

Theme: Embracing Migration 🦅
This year’s theme, “Embracing Migration,” is inspired by the namesake of our new location, Osprey Wilds. Migration is a pattern of behavior in which animals travel from one habitat to another in search of food, different resources, better conditions, or reproductive needs. People also migrate due to different push or pull factors, like war, weather, or job opportunities. Yet despite this change in environment, animals (and people) can grow and thrive.

The goal of this year’s conference is to explore pathways to advance health equity. By delving into our own personal and professional development, we can attempt to understand pieces of health equity to build pharmaceutical care practices that promote advances in health equity.

The goal of this year’s conference is to tap into our creativity to build effective advocacy for Comprehensive Medication Management services with stakeholders including patients, health care team members, pharmacists, administrators, educators, and policy makers.
