My project centres on music journalism and painting a picture of the different lives of musicians on and off the road. One of my dreams would be to tag along with a band who is going on tour or playing several  different gigs, can you tell that an inspiration of mine is the movie "Almost Famous" and its creator, Cameron Crowe? 

During my senior year, I aim to interview, record and write about musicians in WA, primarily Perth and Pinjarra. What I want to get out of these interviews and experiences is insight into my essential question that fuels this project, "how does music affect our mental health?" With this question in mind, I create questions and articles based on my findings and most importantly, the range of different opinions and evidence I will gather. I am also participating in this question myself by learning to play the guitar after getting really into playing and making my own songs during a mental health spiral earlier this year. 

I have compiled findings such as my own written articles, experiences and more throughout this site which you can use the toolbar to navigate.
