Hi! I am Miles (aka. Luan Pham), a final-year PhD candidate in Computer Science. I've been working on Artificial Intelligence for IT Operations (AIOps). I did two internships at Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Microsoft Research. I also worked as a Teaching Assistant at RMIT, and Visiting Researcher at UNSW and UoN during my PhD.
Previously, I was a researcher at Cinnamon AI, where I led numerous client projects and internal research. I also established and led the AI Engineering team. During this time, I created the Residual Masking Network and JDeskew.
In 2020, I obtained my Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from the Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology (BK HCM). I competed in the National Informatics Olympiad and ACM/ICPC in 2018. In 2016, I founded bklibrary.net.
