Guidelines for Poster Presentations

Thank you for your participation in the Annual Research Congress 2026. The following guidelines are provided for presenters whose abstracts have been accepted for poster presentation.
Poster Format
Posters should be prepared as a single slide and submitted in JPEG (.jpg) format.
Posters will be displayed digitally using a multimedia projector during the poster session.
Posters should be designed in landscape orientation (16:9 ratio) to ensure proper projection.
Poster Size and Resolution
Aspect ratio: 16:9 (Widescreen)
Recommended resolution: 1920 Ă— 1080 pixels or higher
Maximum file size: 10 MB
Poster Content
Posters should clearly present the main components of the research, including:
Title
Author names and affiliations
Background / Introduction
Objectives
Methods
Results
Conclusions
Poster Design Recommendations
Use large fonts to ensure readability when projected.
Keep text concise and avoid overcrowding slides.
Use tables, graphs, and figures to present results clearly.
Maintain good contrast between text and background.
Submission of Poster
Presenters are required to submit their poster in JPEG format on or before 17 March 2026 through the following Google submission link:

During the Poster Session
Presenting authors are expected to be present during the poster session to briefly explain their work and respond to questions from the audience and reviewers.
