Guidelines for Oral Presentations
Annual Research Congress 2026

Thank you for your participation in the Annual Research Congress 2026. The following guidelines are provided to ensure the smooth conduct of the oral presentation sessions.
Presentation Duration
Each oral presentation is allocated 7 minutes for the presentation.
This will be followed by 2 minutes for questions and discussion.
Presenters are kindly requested to strictly adhere to the allocated time.
Presentation Format
Presentations should be prepared using Microsoft PowerPoint.
Slides should clearly present the key components of the study, including:
Background / Introduction
Objectives
Methods
Results
Conclusions
Number of Slides
To fit within the allocated time, presenters are advised to limit their presentation to approximately 6–8 slides.
Slide Design
Use clear and readable fonts (minimum 24 pt).
Avoid excessive text on slides.
Use tables, figures, and graphs where appropriate to present results effectively.
Submission of Presentation
Presenters are required to submit their PowerPoint presentation on or before 20 March 2026 through the following Google submission link:

During the Session
Presenters should arrive at the assigned session room at least 10 minutes before the session begins.
The presenting author is expected to deliver the presentation unless prior approval has been obtained.
Technical Arrangements
A laptop and multimedia projector will be available in the presentation hall.
Presenters may check their slides with the technical team before the session if required.
