Investor Wanted. Mr. Fay will sell each 1% share of the company for $500,000. The first investor must be able to buy 5% of the company thereby raising $2,500,000. This money will stay in the business and be used to purchase a 20,000 SF lot on Mercer Island, WA. We will then build a 5,000 SF house using the PF Method and have a profit of approximately $1.2 million. Even though the investor will only own 5% of the company the investor will be paid 49% of the profit until the initial $2.5 million is paid back with an additional $2.5 million in profit. When the $2.5 million is reimbused and the $2.5 million in profit is paid then the investor will revert to 5% of the profit for their ownership.
Then we will purchase new properties in the Seattle area and repeat the process. Once we show homeowners what the real cost of construction is then we will have a tremendous amount of work. The population of the greater Seattle area is projected to increase by 1.4 million people by the year 2040. They will need houses.
