PetTalk! Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the PetTalk! mobile application (“PetTalk!”, “the App”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing or using PetTalk!, you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of PetTalk!
PetTalk! allows users to upload photos and videos, create AI-generated pet dialogue, voices, audio, and videos, and use other pet entertainment features. You agree to use PetTalk! only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

2. User Content
You retain ownership of photos, videos, text, and other content that you upload to PetTalk!. By submitting content, you grant PetTalk! a limited license to process that content solely as necessary to provide the requested app features.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights and permissions to upload and use any content submitted to PetTalk!.

3. AI-Generated Content
PetTalk! uses artificial intelligence to generate dialogue, voices, audio, video, and other content. AI-generated results may occasionally be inaccurate, unexpected, inappropriate, or different from what you intended.

AI-generated content is provided for entertainment purposes and should not be treated as factual statements made by your pet or any person.

4. Purchases and Subscriptions
Certain PetTalk! features may require payment or a subscription.

Purchases and subscriptions made through the iOS or Android application are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play and are subject to their applicable payment, billing, cancellation, and refund policies.

Subscription pricing, billing periods, free trials, and other applicable terms will be displayed before purchase.

PetTalk! may rely on third-party services, including artificial intelligence, voice-generation, hosting, analytics, and payment services. Your use of certain features may therefore involve processing by third-party service providers.

We may modify, update, suspend, or discontinue parts of PetTalk! from time to time. We do not guarantee that every feature will always be available or uninterrupted.

8. Disclaimer
PetTalk! is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that AI-generated content will always be accurate, suitable, or error-free.

9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PetTalk! and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

10. Termination
We may restrict or terminate access to PetTalk! if these Terms are violated or if necessary to protect users, the App, or our legal interests.

11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When changes are made, the “Last Updated” date will be revised.
