PetTalk! only accesses photos, videos, camera, microphone, or other device features when required for a feature and subject to the permissions provided through your device.

3. Photos, Videos and AI Processing

Photos, videos, text, and other content submitted to PetTalk! may be processed using artificial intelligence and third-party technology providers in order to provide features such as generated dialogue, speech, voice generation, and talking-pet videos.

Your content is processed only as necessary to provide the requested features and operate the service, subject to the applicable service providers' privacy and security practices.

4. Third-Party Services

PetTalk! uses third-party service providers to provide certain functionality, including AI processing, voice generation, video generation, cloud infrastructure, payment processing, and other technical services.

For PetTalk!'s AI-powered features, we use the following third-party service providers:

• Anthropic (Claude AI) – processes pet photos or video frames and related information submitted through the app to generate AI-powered pet dialogue.

• ElevenLabs – processes generated or user-provided dialogue text to create speech audio using the selected voice.

• fal.ai – processes pet images and generated speech audio to create lip-synced pet videos.

When you use these AI-powered features, the information described above is transmitted to and processed by the applicable service provider as necessary to provide the feature you request. Their processing of information is also subject to their applicable privacy and security practices.

Purchases made through the iOS or Android application may be processed by Apple App Store or Google Play. PetTalk! does not directly receive or store your complete payment card information from purchases processed through these platforms.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information.

Information may be shared with service providers only where necessary to operate PetTalk!, provide requested features, process transactions, maintain security, comply with law, or protect our legal rights.

6. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide PetTalk!, fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and maintain security.
