Barbara, a 17-year-old high school junior, is the founder of Pet Pals, established at age 12. With almost nine years of dog training experience, Barbara showcases exceptional commitment. She aims to major in Zoology at the University of Georgia post-high school, reflecting her passion for animals. Beyond entrepreneurship, Barbara contributes to the community by training service dogs for KSDS. As a devoted animal lover, she owns two dogs: Dasher, a crear changed service dog, and Ziti, her current service dog in training. Barbara's deep commitment to animal welfare is evident in her multifaceted involvement in training and education.

Hailey, a 17-year-old high school junior, assumes the role of Head of Marketing and Outreach at Pet Pals, demonstrating exceptional leadership in her position. With an unwavering passion for animals, she seamlessly combines her love for pets with her marketing acumen.Beyond her academic pursuits, Hailey is a devoted dog owner, cherishing the companionship of her canine companion, Nalla. Looking ahead, she aspires to translate her newfound talent and passion for marketing into a fulfilling career post-high school.Hailey's commitment to Pet Pals and her dual focus on marketing and dog training showcase her versatility and ambition, making her a valuable asset to both her current role and her future endeavors.

Dasher, a distinguished 2-year-old Labrador Retriever, is under the caring ownership of the founder of Pet Pals. Originally adopted from a service dog program, Dasher's health precluded her from formal service work. Nonetheless, she has found her calling as an integral part of Pet Pals.In her vital role, Dasher contributes significantly to the training of other animals at Pet Pals. Her owner, well-versed in animal behavior, has meticulously trained Dasher to assist in various capacities, including instructing animals on proper interaction and fostering neutrality with dogs. Dasher's compensation for her invaluable contributions includes treats and pupcups, reinforcing her commitment to the welfare and development of her fellow companions at Pet Pals.
