Terms of Service for PetCare | Pet Reminder

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of PetCare | Pet Reminder ("the App"), developed and provided by Kello Solutions ("Kello Solutions", "we", "us", or "our").

By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the App.

1. Description of the App

PetCare | Pet Reminder is a pet-care organization and reminder application designed to help pet owners keep track of routine pet-care activities.

The App may allow you to:

• Create profiles for your pets

• Add pet information and photos

• Create custom reminders

• Track vaccinations and medication schedules

• Track grooming and flea treatments

• Record vet visits

• Set reminders for water changes, nail trimming, and other care activities

• Receive local notifications

• Store pet-care information on your device

The specific features available may change over time.

2. No Veterinary or Medical Advice

PetCare is intended solely as an organizational and reminder tool.

The App does not provide veterinary, medical, diagnostic, treatment, or professional animal-health advice.

Any information, reminders, notes, or suggestions available through the App should not be considered a substitute for advice from a qualified veterinarian or other appropriate animal-care professional.

You are responsible for determining the appropriate care, medication, treatment, vaccinations, and veterinary appointments for your pet.

If your pet appears sick, injured, is experiencing an emergency, or you have concerns about its health, contact a qualified veterinarian or appropriate emergency animal-care provider.

3. User Responsibility

You are responsible for:

• The accuracy of information you enter into the App

• Maintaining appropriate reminder dates and schedules

• Reviewing reminders and ensuring they are suitable for your pet

• Acting on important veterinary or medication schedules

• Ensuring your pet receives appropriate professional care

• Maintaining access to your device and protecting it from unauthorized use

PetCare is a reminder tool and should not be relied upon as the sole method of remembering critical medication, vaccination, or veterinary requirements.

4. Notifications

The App may use local notifications to remind you about scheduled pet-care activities.

Notifications depend on your device settings and operating-system functionality. Kello Solutions cannot guarantee that every notification will be delivered, displayed, or noticed.

You remain responsible for checking your pet's care requirements even if notifications are enabled.

5. User Content

You may enter or upload content into the App, including pet names, notes, photos, dates, and other information ("User Content").

You retain ownership of your User Content.

You are responsible for ensuring that your User Content is lawful and that you have the necessary rights to use any photos or other content you add to the App.

6. Local Storage

PetCare is designed to allow use without a user account. Pet information and reminders may be stored locally on your device.

Kello Solutions does not guarantee that locally stored information will always remain available.

Information may be lost due to:

• Device failure

• Accidental deletion

• Operating-system changes

• Uninstallation of the App

• Device replacement

• Loss or corruption of backups

• Other technical issues

You are responsible for maintaining any backups you consider necessary.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for unlawful purposes

• Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the App

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App except where permitted by applicable law

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or related systems

• Use the App to distribute malicious software or harmful content

• Exploit the App or its services in a way that could damage or impair their operation

8. Intellectual Property

The App, including its software, design, graphics, interface, trademarks, logos, text, and other materials provided by Kello Solutions, is owned by or licensed to Kello Solutions and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Except as expressly permitted by these Terms or applicable law, you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, sublicense, or create derivative works from the App or its proprietary materials.

These Terms do not transfer ownership of the App or any intellectual-property rights to you.

9. App Availability

We aim to keep PetCare available and functional, but we do not guarantee that the App will always be:

• Available

• Uninterrupted

• Error-free

• Compatible with every device or operating-system version

• Free from bugs or technical problems

We may modify, suspend, discontinue, or restrict features of the App at any time.

10. Updates

We may release updates, improvements, bug fixes, security updates, or new features.

Some updates may be required for continued use of certain App features or compatibility with newer versions of iOS.

11. Third-Party Services

The App may contain or use third-party services, technologies, advertising providers, analytics services, or other external services.

Third-party services may have their own terms and privacy policies. Kello Solutions is not responsible for the independent practices, availability, or content of third-party services.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

Kello Solutions does not guarantee that:

• The App will meet your specific requirements

• The App will always operate without interruption

• Reminders or notifications will always be delivered

• Information entered into the App will never be lost

• The App will be free of errors or defects

• The App will prevent missed pet-care activities

You use the App at your own discretion and risk.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Kello Solutions and its owners, employees, contractors, affiliates, and service providers shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, the App.

This includes, without limitation, damages resulting from missed reminders, missed appointments, missed medication, incorrect information, data loss, device failure, or reliance on information contained within the App.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

14. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Kello Solutions and its owners, employees, contractors, affiliates, and service providers from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from:

• Your misuse of the App

• Your violation of these Terms

• Your User Content

• Your violation of applicable laws or third-party rights

15. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it from your device.

We may suspend or terminate access to the App where reasonably necessary, including in cases of misuse, security concerns, violation of these Terms, or discontinuation of the App.

Sections concerning intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and other provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

When changes are made, the updated version will include a revised effective date. Your continued use of the App after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

17. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable to Kello Solutions, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights or protections that apply to you under the laws of your country or region.

18. Apple App Store

If you downloaded PetCare through Apple's App Store, you acknowledge that these Terms are between you and Kello Solutions and not Apple.

Apple is not responsible for the App or its content, maintenance, support, or warranties, except as otherwise required under applicable law.

Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce these Terms against you where applicable.

Your use of the App must also comply with Apple's applicable App Store terms and conditions.
