Kello Solutions ("we", "us", or "our") developed PetCare | Pet Reminder ("the App"). This Privacy Policy explains how the App handles information when you use it.

We designed PetCare with privacy in mind. The App can be used without creating an account or providing personal information to us.

1. Information You Provide

PetCare may allow you to enter information about your pets, such as:

• Pet name

• Pet type or species

• Breed

• Date of birth or age

• Pet photo

• Notes about your pet

• Vaccination information

• Medication information

• Grooming information

• Flea or parasite treatment information

• Reminder dates and schedules

This information is provided voluntarily by you to use the App's pet-management and reminder features.

2. Local Storage

Pet information, reminders, schedules, and other content created within the App are designed to be stored locally on your device.

Kello Solutions does not require you to create an account to use the App and does not operate a personal cloud account for your pet information.

Because information is stored locally, deleting the App may also remove locally stored App data, depending on your device's operating-system behavior and backup settings.

3. Pet Photos

The App may allow you to add a photo of your pet, including a passport/profile photo.

Photos selected or taken for your pet profile are intended to remain stored locally on your device as part of the App's local data.

We do not use pet photos for advertising, profiling, or marketing purposes.

4. Notifications

PetCare may request permission to send local notifications to remind you about upcoming pet-care activities.

Examples include:

• Vaccinations

• Medication

• Grooming

• Nail trimming

• Flea treatments

• Vet appointments

• Water changes

• Other custom reminders

These reminders are generated for the App's functionality. You can manage notification permissions through your device's settings.

5. Personal Information and Accounts

PetCare does not require:

• Registration

• Login credentials

• A user account

• Your name

• Your email address

• Your phone number

• Your physical address

Kello Solutions does not create a personal profile for you based on your use of the App.

6. Analytics and Advertising

The App may use third-party services for analytics, advertising, crash reporting, or other technical functionality if such services are enabled in a particular version of the App.

If advertising or analytics services are used, those services may process limited technical information, such as device identifiers, advertising identifiers, IP address, app interaction information, or diagnostic information, according to their own privacy policies and applicable consent requirements.

Where required, the App may request permission before accessing or sharing information used for personalized advertising or tracking.

7. Third-Party Services

If third-party services are integrated into the App, those providers may process information necessary to provide their services.

Third-party providers operate under their own privacy policies and terms. Kello Solutions does not control the privacy practices of independent third-party service providers.

Kello Solutions does not sell your pet information or personal information.

Information stored locally within the App is not routinely transmitted to Kello Solutions.

We take reasonable measures to protect information associated with the App.

However, no electronic storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Because PetCare is designed to store pet information locally, the security of your device, including its passcode and biometric protections, is also important.

10. Data Retention and Deletion

Because PetCare is designed to store pet information locally, you control the information stored on your device.

You can delete individual pet information, reminders, or other locally stored content through the App where such functionality is provided.

You can also delete the App from your device. Before deleting the App, you should consider whether you have any device backups containing App data.

Kello Solutions does not maintain a separate personal database of your pet profiles.

11. Children's Privacy

PetCare is not specifically directed toward children.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the App. Since the App does not require an account or registration, it is designed to minimize the collection of personal information.

12. International Data Transfers

Because the App is designed to store pet information locally, Kello Solutions does not routinely transfer your pet profile information internationally.

If third-party services are used by the App, those providers may process technical or other information on servers located in countries outside your country of residence. Such processing is governed by the applicable provider's privacy policy and legal safeguards.

13. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights under applicable privacy laws, including rights to:

• Access personal information

• Request correction of inaccurate information

• Request deletion of personal information

• Object to or restrict certain processing

• Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent

Since PetCare is designed to keep pet information locally on your device, many of these rights can be exercised directly by managing or deleting information within the App.
