TUPAD is a community-based emergency employment program that provides short-term wage employment for underemployed, self-employed, or displaced workers.

The program helps vulnerable workers earn income while participating in community development and public service projects.

✅ Filipino citizen, aged 18 years old and above
✅ Displaced, underemployed, or seasonal workers
✅ Physically fit for manual labor
✅ Resident of La Castellana
