The Special Program for Employment of Students (SPES) is a youth employment initiative of the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) in partnership with the Municipality of La Castellana – Public Employment Service Office (PESO).

It aims to help poor but deserving students, out-of-school youth, and dependents of displaced or marginalized workers pursue their education by providing them with short-term employment during summer or semestral breaks. 

📋 Requirements:
Please prepare clear copies of the following documents before registration:

1. Birth Certificate (PSA copy)

2. School ID or Certificate of Enrollment

3. Latest Report Card / Grade Form

4. Parent’s Income Tax Return (ITR) or Certificate of Low Income from Barangay (Barangay Indigency)

5. PASSPORT SIZE ID Picture (white background)
