My journey—teaching middle school students, managing new teachers, and designing programs for educators—has shown me that teachers are the most effective drivers of better learning and educational outcomes. I believe that thoughtfully investing in their professional growth, support systems, and advocacy is the way forward.
I also see that teacher educators themselves need stronger support, clearer direction, and better-organized structures to enable deeper learning and lasting impact.

How can we make space for—and enable—reflective practice?
How do we leverage technology / AI to allow teachers to focus on what matters most?

Having spent a part of my life teaching Math & History to adolescent students, and another major part of my career consulting on tech/AI-based teaching platforms, I am convinced that technology works best when it aids the Educator in being more effective (and not when it seeks to replace the Educator).
I now lean towards developing (and supporting) tools, structures & solutions that amplify teacher agency.
